Wireless service company T-Mobile Us Inc (NASDAQ: TMUS) announced it is going to sell $4.75 billion aggregate amount of senior secured notes in four series. This offering includes $1 billion of 2.25% notes due 2031, $1.25 billion of 3% notes due 2041, $1.5 billion amount of 3.3% notes due 2051, and $1 billion amount of 3.6% notes due 2060.

The 2041 notes and the 2051 notes are going to form part of the company’s previously issued 2041 and 2051 notes, respectively. And T-Mobile plans to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes — which might include acquisitions and debt repayments.

This offering is expected to close on October 28, subject to customary closing conditions.
