Yevgeniy And Lyudmila Smirnov Arrested For Selling Stolen Goods On eBay

Yevgeniy and Lyudmila Smirnov have used eBay to set up a crime ring.  The two Vancouver residents set up a large-scale stolen goods ring that led them into making over $140,000 per month in eBay sales according to Oregon Live.
