General Motors Company (NYSE:GM) has announced the 2015 ATS coupe, which is launching in summer 2014. This is GM’s first compact luxury coupe. Consumers will get a choice between a rear-wheel drive or all-wheel driver. It will have either a 2.0L turbocharged four-cylinder or a 3.6L six-cylinder.

The 2.0L Turbo engine has been upgraded from the current ATS sport sedan to offer 14% more torque and takes it to 295 pound-feet. The ATS coupe can hit 0-60 in 5.6 seconds.
The 2015 ATS coupe has a driver-adjustable FE3 sports suspension available, Magnetic Ride Control, high-capacity engine cooling, and 18-inch summer-performance tires.

There are illuminating outside door handles on Performance and Premium collections. All of the models feature LED tail lamps and rear-center stop lamps. The ATS coupe also has capless fueling. The ATS coupes have standard Bose premium audio systems with Active Noise Cancelation technology on all models. The 12-speaker surround sound upgrade is available on Standard and Luxury. The vehicles include Bose Audio Pilot, which monitors ambient sounds and adjusts the music volume and program content.
