A lawyer in California is suing Microsoft Corporation over false advertising of the Microsoft Surface.  He claims that the tablet that he bought from the company does not have all the storage space that the company advertised.  Andrew Sokolowski said that he bought a Microsoft Surface with 32GB of storage last week, but quickly ran out of space after putting music and Microsoft Word documents on it.

Mr. Sokolowski found out that half the 32GB storage space as being used by the operating system and pre-installed apps so he filed a lawsuit on Tuesday at the Superior Court in Los Angeles.  He is going for a class action status.

The Microsoft Surface said that the 32GB Surface has 16GB of free space and the 64GB version has 45GB free.
