Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) is planning to bring health and fitness tracking features to iOS devices, according to 9to5Mac. Apple is integrating these features into iOS 8 so that users will be able to monitor their activity through potential wearable devices like an “iWatch.” There is reportedly going to be an application built into “Healthbook,” which will be able to track fitness statistics, calories burned, and miles walked. It will also be able to monitor vital signs like blood pressure, heart rate, and hydration levels.
