Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) confirmed a partnership with China Mobile last month. China Mobile and Apple have wrapped up the negotiations and now the iPhone 5s and iPhone 5c will start selling on January 17th. China Mobile is the largest telecommunications company in the world based on the number of subscribers being at 750 million. There is now a rumor floating around that Foxconn has delivered 1.4 million iPhone 5s units to China Mobile last week as part of the launch. Foxconn is Apple’s primary manufacturer of the iPhone. Analysts are predicting that Apple could sell up to 20 million units on China Mobile alone in 2014. China Mobile is taking pre-orders for the new iPhones now so the company has a rough idea of what to expect in sales.
