Apple reveals user interface for “iOS in the Car”

Last year, Apple announced a new service called “iOS in the Car.” On Tuesday, Apple has revealed what the user interface would look like on the products website. “iOS in the Car” was revealed at WWDC last year and it will let iOS devices connect to the infotainment system in a car.

The service uses the car’s dashboard touchscreen or the Siri Eyes Free voice interface to control several functions. You will be able to use iOS in the car to get directions on Apple Maps, send text messages with iMessage, control the Music app, and make phone calls.

Apple is working with auto companies like Honda, Mercedes, Acura, Kia, and Volvo. Here are some screenshots of what the service looks like:
