Apple has filed a notice with the court that identifies which Samsung products that they want banned in the U.S. after winning in court on Friday.  Apple received a finding of 28 products that were infringing on their patents, but the company is seeking an injunction on only eight of them, which are all smartphones.  Below are the 8 Samsung devices that Apple wants banned:

  • Galaxy S 4G
  • Galaxy S2 (AT&T)
  • Galaxy S2 (Skyrocket)
  • Galaxy S2 (T-Mobile)
  • Galaxy S2 Epic 4G
  • Galaxy S Showcase
  • Droid Charge
  • Galaxy Prevail

There is already a preliminary injunction on the Galaxy Tab 10.1 tablet, but Samsung has asked the court to life that ban since the jury didn’t find that the tablets were not infringing on Apple’s design patents.  Samsung issued a statement about Apple’s ban request: “We will take all necessary measures to ensure the availability of our products in the U.S. market.”
