Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) is rumored to have lost another iPhone prototype at a bar. You may remember last year’s fiasco where Gizmodo bought an iPhone 4 prototype from someone that found it at a bar for $5,000 and posted pictures of it before its release. This rumor is based on a source from CNET.
It is believed that this year’s missing iPhone made its way to a a Mexican restaurant and bar called Cava 22 in San Francisco and may have been sold on Craigslist for $200. According to the same source, Apple traced the missing phone to a two-floor, single-family home in Bernal Heights in San Francisco.
