As you know, the Apple iPhone 5 will be using a Lightning connector. Apple is selling an adapter that lets users charge and sync their devices using existing 30-pin dock connector cables. This means that it will let your Apple iPhone 5 work with your Apple-related accessories. The Lightning to 30-pin Adapter costs $29 or $39 (for a small cable attached). These adapters will not ship until October. It is compatible with the iPhone 5, iPod Touch 5th gen, and iPod nano 7th gen. Right now the adapters do not support video or audio out though. That’s not good.
