AT&T is starting to explain your monthly costs in your bill with a simple video. The video will be customized for a given billing cycle. Your own number and account information will be inserted into an overview that lists what each line means like “one time charges” and “total voice usage.”
AT&T will be shooting video bills to all of their Wireless and U-Verse customers by early 2013. AT&T clearly has a lot of work to do since they are rated the worst carrier in customer satisfaction according to Consumer Reports.
