Bill Gates and Common Sense Media has launched a new online resource website called Graphite that helps teachers discover and share education technology. Bill Gates is backing the website himself.
“Graphite will make it easier for educators to find the tools they want and empower them do their best work,” stated Gates. “It’s a great example of how we can support teachers who want to incorporate education technology in their classroom to help every student excel.”
Today Microsoft Corporation also announced that they are launching an ad-free version of Bing for Schools. Gates founded Microsoft shortly after dropping out of Harvard University in 1975.
