BlackBerry is releasing a new device called the BlackBerry Passport, according to a leaked document published by MobileSyrup during BlackBerry’s earnings call. The Passport is expected to be released in September of this year. The BlackBerry Passport has a 4.5-inch square display and has 1440×1440 resolution.

It also has a QWERTY hardware keyboard under a large square display, which is believed to be touch-sensitive for gesture interaction. Likely, Foxconn will work on the development of the device and handle the inventory. BlackBerry sees around 10% margins on its partnership with Foxconn.
