This round of funding was disclosed in a Delaware regulatory filing discovered by research company VC Experts.  This entire round was primary, which means that it will be used for general corporate purposes instead of cashing out early employees or shareholders.

Box previously raised over $300 million from DFJ, Bessemer Venture Partners, Andreessen Horowitz, General Atlantic, Scale Venture Partners, SAP Ventures and The Social+Capital Partnership.
