Clarabridge Raises $80 Million In Funding

Clarabridge is a startup that has developed customer experience management (CEM) software.  Clarabridge has raised $80 million in equity funding led by Summit Partners, General Catalyst Partners, and Yuchun Lee.  Clarabridge will be using the funding to increase their marketing, employee count, and product development.

Clarabridge enables businesses to act on their customers based on what they are hearing.  Their software also businesses learn what their employees are saying so that they can act on that feedback.

Some of Clarabridge’s customers include Best Buy, Walmart, and Dell.  Clarabridge has seen 150% in revenue growth over the last three years and recurring revenue growth of 250%.
