Dell announced a couple of new all-in-one PCs at Computex 2013. This includes the Dell XPS 27 and the XPS 12.
Dell XPS 27
The Dell XPS 27 all-in-one PC is powered by Intel’s fourth generation Core processors, known as “Haswell.” The XPS 27 display has a 2560 x 1440 resolution with wide-view angles. Dell said that there isn’t any other competitor that has an AIO PC with this size and resolution combo. The XPS 27 has a dual-hinge arm that can change around the height and tilt.
The XPS 27 has six USB 3.0 ports and one Thunderbolt port. The XPS27 has a 4th generation Core i7 processor at 3.9GHz or a Core i5 processor at 3.2GHz. The XPS27 can also be customized at up to 16GB of memory, 2TB of HDD, 256GB of SSD, and a Blu-ray drive. The XPS27 also comes with a wireless mouse and keyboard.
The XPS27 is available at a starting price of $1,599.
Dell XPS 12

The Dell XPS 12 also has a fourth generation Core processor (Haswell). The XPS 12 has a laptop/tablet hybrid design. It can keep running for 9 hours on a single charge with its 50WHz battery. The XPS 12 can be customized with a Core i5 (2.6GHz) or Core i7 (3.2GHz) processor. It can also be customized with 4GB or 8GB of RAM. The Dell XPS 12 has an SSD that can be upgraded at between 128GB to 512GB. The XPS 12 also has Bluetooth 4.0, Wireless Display (WiDi), and NFC (near field communications). In terms of ports, the Dell XPS 12 has two USB 3.0 ports and a mini-DisplayPort.
