The Motorola Moto X smartphone packs some powerful specs including the X8 processor, 4.7-inch RGB AMOLED 720p display, 2GB RAM, and 10-megapixel ClearPixel camera, and 24 hours of mixed usage battery time.
The Moto X price starts at $199 in the U.S. for the 16GB base version and the 32GB version goes up to $299 with a two year contract. Off contract, the 16GB version costs $575 and the 32GB version costs $625.
Motorola chief executive officer Dennis Woodside has indicated that a more pocket friendly version of the Moto X will be coming soon in an interview with AllThingsD. He said that the Moto X was a starting point for the company.
