Digital Marketing Company [x+1] Acquires WDA

is a digital marketing and data management software company that has acquired mobile marketing company WDA.  WDA’s technology and media will be integrated into the [x+1] Origin data management platform.  This is [x+1]’s first acquisition since their most recent funding round and is there second acquisition in 2013.

WDA has worked closely with [x+1] as a partner for a while now.  [x+1] clients will be able to identify, reach, and react to their target audiences across multiple devices.
