Dropbox recently announced that they have hit 100 million registered users and now they are opening an office in Ireland, which is their first presence outside of the United States. Dropbox’s storage service is opening their office in Dublin. The company is hiring account executives, account managers, IT engineers, and user operation engineers in Ireland.
The Ireland office will ensure that business users and other paying customers outside North America will have local sales and staff available “at nearly all hours of the day.”
Dropbox started in 2007 and has headquarters in San Francisco. They have around $257 million in funding and turned down an acquisition offer from Apple.
