Mailbox is one of the most popular e-mail management applications. Mailbox ended up getting acquired by Dropbox for $100 million and now the company is shutting down their to-do list mobile application called Orchestra.
Orchestra could be used for assigning tasks to others or pulling them in through e-mail. Orchestra will be removed from the App Store starting September 6th.
Orchestra was named as the App Store’s 2011 Productivity App of the Year. The Mailbox team decided to take the idea of treating e-mails like to-do lists when they moved on to create Mailbox reports TechCrunch.
