Efraim Diveroli Sentenced 4 Years In Prison For Shipping Counterfeit Ammo

Efraim Diveroli is a 24 year old gun runner living in Miami that ripped off the government in a $300 million contract he had. He has now been sentenced to 4 years in prison. Diveroli attempted to ship million of rounds in Chinese-made ammunition to forces in Afghanistan. Diveroli admitted that the “good times” he had because of the contract was not worth it.

“No way it could ever be worth the suffering I have endured and my family has endured because of my actions,” said Diveroli. Diveroli repackaged the ammunition to make it appear like it originated from Albania. Efraim Diveroli is an American arms dealer and the president of AEY Inc. The New York Times did a report on him when he was age 22 for delivering poor weapons.
