Little Eye Labs is an India-based startup that has created a software tool to analyze the performance of Android applications. Little Eye Labs investors included VenturEast and GSF.

?With this acquisition, Little Eye Labs will join forces with Facebook to take its mobile development to the next level! This is Facebook?s first acquisition of an Indian company, and we are happy to become part of such an incredible team,? said Little Eye Labs in a statement posted on their website.

The whole Little Eye Labs team will be moving to Facebook’s headquarters California to build analysis tools and apps.

Another recent acquisition Facebook made to bolster their mobile team is Parse. Parse is a mobile backend-as-a-service company.
