Foursquare CEO Dennis Crowley was a speaker at the TechCrunch Disrupt NY conference. While on stage, Crowley reassured worries that his company is not growing. He said that the most important metrics are all up around 10-30% from month-to-month.
Crowley said that the number of active users, check-ins, signups, search users, and other metrics are all up. “There’s a little perception we’re not growing, which is false,” stated Crowley at the Disrupt conference today. He said that sales growth are steady every month and March 2013 was the company’s biggest revenue-generating month so far.
Crowley added that Foursquare is routinely signing up six-figure deals with merchants, which has been very successful with large national retailers. Many small local businesses are also signing deals with Foursquare.
