FriendFinder Considering IPO Again

FriendFinder, the Internet company behind, Adult FriendFinder,, AsiaFriendFinder, ItalianFriendFinder, KoreanFriendFinder, SeniorFriendFinder etc. is considering an IPO again. The company has filed an amendment to the Form S-1 with the SEC.

FriendFinder plans on using the net proceeds from the IPO to repay their debt. Imperial Capital and Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. is working as the joint bookrunners for the deal. In December 2008, FriendFinder filed a registration statement with the SEC to raise $460 million in the IPO at the time. It was later adjusted to $220 million. Around December 2007, Adult FriendFinder was acquired by Penthouse for $400 million.
