Fujifilm is launching several point-and-shoot cameras at CES 2014. One of them is the FinePix S1. The FinePix S1 has a 50x (24-1,200mm) f/2.8-5.6 lens. It is durable to survive dust and rain. The FinePix S1 is 16 megapixels and has WiFi sharing, 10fps burst shooting, 1080p video, 920,000 pixel electronic viewfinder, and tilting 3-inch LCD. The FinePix S1 will cost $500 and is shipping this March.
Other FinePix models that Fujifilm is releasing includes the S9200, S9400W, S8600, and XP70. All of these are 16 megapixels. The S9200 and S9400W both have a 50x lens and 10fps burst mode and 200,000 pixel viewfinder. The S8600 has a 36x (25-900mm) lens, 720p video and AA battery power. The XP70 is a waterproof compact camera with 5x (28-140mm) optics and 1080p video.
The four cameras will be available this March at prices that start at $230 for the S8600 and XP70. The S9200 costs $330 and the S9400W is $350.
