The Android KitKat operating system is starting to roll out as an upgrade for the Galaxy Note 3. The rollout is happening gradually. The first country that is getting the Android KitKat update for the Note 3 is Poland.

The KitKat update in Poland is only supported for Snapdragon 800 versions of the phablet. The international version of the Note 3 uses the Samsung Exynos processor.

Since the U.S. version also uses the Snapdragon 800 processor, it is assumed that the U.S. version of the device will be eligible for an upgrade next. The Note 3 smartphone has a 5.7-inch smartphone, Super AMOLED display, 1080 x 1920 resolution (386ppi), and S Pen for writing.
