GFI Software has acquired an online backup software company called IASO. GFI will be integrating IASO’s technology into their own. The terms of the acquisition was undisclosed. IASO is known for offering cloud-based solutions to customers that need to back up and cover their systems. IASO works across all major computing platforms. GFI Software has been a partner of IASO’s software solutions already.
