Google Inc (NASDAQ:GOOG) is offering experts a way to profit from their talents online through their new service called Helpouts.  Google is inviting people with expertise in a number of topics.

Google Helpouts are face-to-face video calls conducted through Google+ Hangouts.  The scheduling, payment, rankings, and hunting for customers will be managed by the Google+ Helpouts service.  Google will pay a 20% flat cut to the experts that participate.

Google has listed several categories that experts can participate in.  This includes cooking, home & garden, and computers & electronics.  Google partnered with brands like Sears and Weight Watchers to find potential experts last month.
