Google Play Surpasses 25 Billion Downloads

Jamie Rosenberg, the director of digital content at Google, has announced that Google Play has surpassed 25 billion downloads.  Google Play has 675,000 apps and games.  To celebrate the milestone, Google Play has added discounts to select apps.  Every day for the next five days, you will be able to choose from a collection of applications from developers like Electronic Arts, Gameloft, Rovio, Full Fat, and runtastic and buy games for 25 cents.  You will also be able to see special collections curated like 25 movies you must own, 25 banned books, 25 albums that changed the world, and top 25 selling magazines.  All of those will have special prices too.
