Google Replaces David Lawlee With Don Harrison As Head Of M&A

Google has replaced their head of mergers and acquisitions David Lawlee with Don Harrison.  Harrison is currently a high-ranking lawyer at the company.  The company is planning on creating a late-stage investment group that Lawlee will oversee.  Google’s venture capital subsidiary Google Ventures will continue to oversee investments for companies at an early stage.  Harrison will be leading the Corporate Development starting in 2013 and David Lawlee will work with Google on other initiatives.
