The Google branded tablet was originally expected to arrive in May, but we most likely won’t see it until July. Google pushed back the release date so that they could tweak the device. Sources say that the company wants to lower the price of the tablet from the current $249 price. The tablet was made in partnership with Asustek Computer.
The Google tablet is expected to comes with a 7-inch screen, Nvidia Tegra 3 quad-core processor, and WiFi. It would run on Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) as well. Asutek is working with Google on a way that is similar to the way that the Android Nexus way was created.
