HookLogic is a company that helps brands gain top search placement on the largest e-commerce websites.  The company has raised $14 million in Series B funding.  This round of funding was led by Intel Capital with participation from Bain Capital Ventures and Michael Barrett.

This past February, HookLogic launched the Retail Search Exchange, which makes it possible for brands to bid in real-time for top search placement across major retailers.  Intel was one of the first advertisers that used the Retail Search Exchange.

?Intel is one of the most recognized global brands,? said HookLogic CEO Jonathan Opdyke, ?and Intel takes an active role in helping to shape the digital future with relationships throughout the ecosystem. Bain and Intel Capital together represent an ideal match to help grow our network and deliver strong performance for our advertiser and publisher partners.?
