HP announces ProPad 600, 600 G1 tablets

HP has announced a couple of new business tablets — the HP ProPad 600 G1 and the HP ProPad 600. The 600 and 600 G1 comes with Windows 8.1/Pro, which runs on the 64-bit Intel Atom quad-core processor.


The HP ProPad 600 comes with either a 64-bit Atom option or a 32-bit Intel Atom Z3775 1.46GHz quad-core. The display measures 10.1-inches with a 1920 x 1200 pixel resolution. They also have Corning Gorilla Glass with anti-smudging.

Customers will be able to choose between Windows 8.1 or Windows 8.1 Pro. It can also choose between 32GB internal storage or 64GB of storage. It is also available in 2GB or 4GB of memory. The tablets have a front (2 megapixel) and rear camera (8 megapixel). The ProPads will be available this April.
