Hewlett-Packard Company (HPQ) is announcing two new large Android handsets

Hewlett-Packard Company (NYSE:HPQ) is getting back into the smartphone market by launching a 6-inch and 7-inch Android phablet (smartphone that is about the size of a tablet). Unfortunately, the devices will be launching in India first. Both of the devices are running on Android Jelly Bean, has a quad-core processor, 16GB storage, and microSD slot for 32GB of expansion. The 6-inch device has a 1280×720 display and the 7-inch has a 1280×800 display. Both devices have front-facing stereo speakers, a 2 megapixel camera, and 5 megapixel rear camera. It is unknown how much the devices will cost. The 6-inch is called the Slate 6 VoiceTab and the 7-inch is called the Slate 7 VoiceTab.
