Infosys Acquiring Lodestone For Around $350 Million

Infosys is a global consulting company that has entered a definitive agreement to buy Lodestone Holding AG.  Lodestone is based in Zurich and they advise international companies on strategy and process optimization.  They also provide business transformation solutions using SAP.

Lodestone will be integrated into Infosys’ Consulting and Systems Integration (C&SI) capabilities.  They will bring over 850 employees including 750 experienced SAP consultants to the company.  Lodestone also brings over 200 clients across industries in manufacturing, automotive, and life sciences.  Infosys has around 700 clients.

Infosys Consulting & Systems Integration has over 30,000 consultants across 10 industry verticals.  The C&SI division accounts for 31% of the company’s revenue.
