InMobi is a mobile advertising company that has acquired Overlay Media, an aware computing company. Overlay Media’s data scientists have created a Context Engine platform that delivers personalized content to mobile users.

This acquisition, along with Metaflow Solutions and MMTG Labs, will help us to continue to be at the forefront of delivering highly engaging content to consumers globally,” stated InMobi CEO and founder Naveen Tewari. Overlay’s team will work out of InMobi’s London office.
InMobi’s mobile technology is used by some of the top brands and publishers. InMobi’s platform is used to create HTML-rich media ads. Their ads are seen by 578 million consumers across 165 countries. InMobi’s investors SoftBank, Kleiner Perkins, and Sherpalo Ventures.
