acquires iHance

Posted May 28, 2014 has acquired iHance, which is a software company that offers e-mail tracking and syncing technologies so that sales teams can close deals quicker. iHance’s solutions helps accelerate the sales cycle by providing visibility into customer interactions with e-mails sent from sales teams.


The real-time visibility allows sales associations to respond immediately to buying signals like downloading an attachment or visiting a company website. The terms of the deal were undisclosed.
