InsideSales.com has acquired iHance, which is a software company that offers e-mail tracking and syncing technologies so that sales teams can close deals quicker. iHance’s solutions helps accelerate the sales cycle by providing visibility into customer interactions with e-mails sent from sales teams.
The real-time visibility allows sales associations to respond immediately to buying signals like downloading an attachment or visiting a company website. The terms of the deal were undisclosed.

iHance’s Vision program works on all e-mail clients, including Microsoft Outlook and Gmail. InsideSales.com will offer the e-mail tracking solution for $49 per user per month. This price includes the Absolute Automation email synching service. Absolute Automation syncs all e-mail conversations into Salesforce.com.
