Instagram’s iPhone App Will Let You Shoot Video In Landscape Mode Now

Posted Jul 6, 2013

Mobile photo social network Instagram has recently updated their iPhone application to support landscape mode.  Instagram viewers likely will not be able to tell the difference since the photo and video content in the stream is generally squared and cropped.    The update does not include the ability to use the volume button as a shutter release though.  But the update includes stabilization of the front-facing camera.  You can download Instagram version 4.0.2 from the Apple App Store now.
