Instart Logic is a content delivery network company that has received $26 million in Series C funding from Kleiner Perkins, Andreessen Horowitz, Greylock Partners, Sutter Hill Ventures, and Tenaya Capital.

Companies that build out a number of data centers around the world generally moves content to the server closest to the person requesting it. Instart Logic uses algorithms to detect which parts of a website users are most likely going to click on first and load those parts the fastest.

However, many parts still continue to load slower in the background. Instart Logic’s software loads the slower parts quickly enough so that the user would not notice. For example, it may not load every pixel in an image, but just enough so that it still looks fine to the eye of the user loading the website. Instart Logic can analyze how people use a website and show speed improvements.

Instart Logic’s customer base has grown by over 500% over the last year. Some of their customers include companies like One Kings Lane, Washington Post, and Omni Hotels.
