Initially reports were saying that the iPhone will be available on Verizon in February, but as it turns out there are new reports claiming it will be ready by the end of January. Electronista.com is reporting that the iPhone on Verizon will work on existing data plans too. Verizon charges a minimum of $40 for 450 minutes of voice calling with unlimited evenings/weekends. Data costs $15 for 150MB and $30 for unlimited. In comparison, AT&T has a 250MB and a 2GB data plan.
