Apple Inc. is currently the fastest-growing market for purchasing music and now the digital music stores will now be selling HBO programs. Some of the shows that are appearing on iTunes already are The Wire, Sex and the City, The Wire, and Flight of the Conchords. Each episode can be downloaded for $1.99-$2.99.
Eddy Cue, VP of Apple iTunes said that HBO programs are some of the most requested series by customers. Personally I found myself addicted to the HBO shows, Entourage, Flight of the Conchords, and Curb Your Enthusiasm.
This is the first time Apple has agreed to sell TV shows at different prices within the U.S. Apple iTunes was one of the first digital marketplaces to sell TV shows and then Google Video followed that idea.
