James Holmes Halloween Mask Gets Taken Down From eBay

This Halloween, kids and adults will be dressing up in all types of costumes.  One of the most controversial Halloween costumes is the James Holmes Halloween mask.  I’m actually shocked that this costume actually exists.  ABC has reported that an eBay seller put up this custom rubber Halloween mask of James Holmes.  James Holmes is an individual that killed 12 and wounded 58 people at a midnight screen of “The Dark Knight Rises” film in Aurora, Colorado.

eBay said: ?The listing was removed because it did not comply with our Offensive Materials policy. Out of respect for victims of violent crimes, eBay does not allow listings that attempt to profit from human tragedy or suffering.?  Good for eBay on this.

Twelve people were killed during the Aurora movie theater shootings and more than 50 more were injured.  The incident was traumatic for the nation as a whole.  eBay seller realface13 claimed that they won a poker tournament in Europe.  The seller asked for at least $500 for the mask.  Below is what the mask looks like:
