‘The Lego Movie’ sequel is coming in May 2017

“The Lego Movie” hit around $200 million in worldwide grosses so Warner Bros. has set a sequel to open on May 26, 2017. Warner Bros. confirmed the news four days before the film opened on February 7th.

“The Lego Movie” is expected to win their third straight weekend at the U.S. box office.

Voices in the movie include Chris Pratt, Will Ferrell, Elizabeth Banks, Liam Neeson, Will Arnett, Nick Offerman, Alison Brie and Morgan Freeman. Animal Logic in Australia produced most of the animation for the film.
