The Lenovo IdeaPad Yoga 11S Convertible Laptop Is Now For Sale

Lenovo announced a convertible hybrid tablet at the 2013 Consumer Electronic Show called the IdeaPad Yoga 11S.  The company started taking pre-orders for the IdeaPad Yoga 11S on May 16th and it is going to start arriving on June 27th according to Lenovo’s online store and retail stores like Best Buy.

So why is the device have the word Yoga in it?  It is able to “contort itself” into different shapes (i.e. the laptop and tablet form).  IdeaPad Yoga 11S users can fold the screen behind the base and keyboard to turn it into a tablet.  You can also twist around the tablet to create a tent effect so that you can easily watch TVs and movies.

The hardware in the Lenovo Yoga 11S can be customized before shipping the device.  It can be customized with a third generation Intel Core i3, i5, or i7 processor.  The memory can be customized with 4GB or 8GB.  Storage can be set to a 128 SSD or a 256 SSD.  All forms of the Lenovo Yoga 11S comes with an Intel HD 4000 graphics chip and Windows 8.

The Lenovo Yoga 11S will start at $750 for the basic version.  The Lenovo Yoga 11S with the highest specs will cost $1,300.
