LiveIntent is a New York based e-mail marketing company that has raised $20 million in Series C funding. Bullpen Capital led this round of funding. lpha Capital, Valor Capital, and a Brazilian investor called VR participated in this round. LiveIntent will be using the funding to move to a larger office and hire additional staff.

LiveIntent has around 3,000 newsletters in their network, which reaches around 55 million people per month. LiveIntent has tools for optimization and targeting.
Some of the brands that work with LiveIntent include Chrysler, Kraft, AOL, The Weather Channel and The Wall Street Journal.
