Magnetic is a digital ad technology platform that has announced it has acquired Cognitive Match. Cognitive Match is a dynamic creative optimization and site retargeting provider. The combined solution gives marketers the ability to apply Magnetic’s search data to dynamic creative.

Magnetic and Cognitive Match partnered on campaigns for over two years. The Cognitive Match team will be joining Magnetic across New York, San Francisco and London, effective immediately.
