MakeSpace raises $8 million in funding

MakeSpace is considered a “Dropbox for physical objects.” The company has raised $8 million in Series A funding led by Upfront Ventures with participation from Founders Fund, OATV, Lowercase Capital, High Peaks Venture Partners and Collaborative Fund. MakeSpace has raised a total of $10.1 million in funding thus far. MakeSpace users pay $25 per month to get four bins worth of storage. Users get access to on-demand delivery. You can keep track of items on a bin-by-bin basis through pictures and lists within the app. You can also request a single bin delivery or the whole stash.
