Microsoft Corporation has announced a new keyboard and mouse combo that is user-friendly for Windows 8 users.  The Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop uses a single USB dongle to connect the mouse and keyboard to PCs and other devices.  The Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop works with Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows RT.

The Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop keyboard has a dome in the middle, which parts the left and right side of the keyboard and the number pad is separated.  The keyboard also has Charms keys on the top row.

The Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop mouse has a track-ball and a large thumb rest.  There is a Windows key on the top that takes users to the Windows 8 Star screen.

You can buy the Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop this month for an estimated retail price of $129.95.  It will be available from Microsoft’s online store on August 15th.  The keyboard can be purchased separately for $80.95 and the mouse can be bought separately for $59.95.
