Apsalar is a mobile app analytics and ad company that has raised $9 million in a second round of funding led by DCM with participation from Correlation Ventures, Thomvest Ventures, and DN Capital.  Apsalar is the leading mobile demand-side platform (DSP) powered by 1st party behavioral data.

Apsalar helps mobile app marketers and agencies buy high ROI mobile ads for their apps across over 70 networks and real-time bidding exchanges.  Apsalar is powered by over 800 million anonymous mobile users to help advertisers more effective buy and retarget profitable users.

Apsalar plans to use the funding to increase the number of employees across all departments and will deepen the technology behind its advanced ad targeting and mobile analytics capabilities. Apsalar will expand their marketing and sales programs in order to extend Apsalar’s global reach.
