Posted Jun 13, 2013

MySpace, the social network that refuses to quit, is now launching a new $20 million television campaign.  The commercial (embedded below) is MySpace’s first ever TV commercial.  The commercial uses the new logo that debuted in September 2012.  Some of the artists that are featured in the commercial include Ciara and Pharrell.

Earlier today we wrote about how MySpace updated their iOS app with several new social sharing features.

MySpace was acquired by News Corporation for over $500 million several years ago.  Specific Media and pop artists / actor Justin Timberlake bought MySpace from News Corp for $35 million in June 2011.
